Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please take a picture of any damages so it will be easier for us to take action and either give you a refund or replace your items.
Refund will only be accepted once we have received the goods. Any returns will need be sent at the customers cost. Please also provide proof of return.
Some items on our website cannot be returned once it has been shipped such as durags, bonnets.
Returns are only accepted if the item is in an unused/ unopened condition with all seals attached.
We do not cancel or refund orders once they have been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. HUNDRED44K will not issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. HUNDRED44K will not refund items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, however they can be resent out if they are returned to sender (customer pays postage fee ).
